Yep, s**t happens. But the always pessimistic fans are loving being "proven right" over this, because they put more value in being perceived as smarter than Shanahan and Lynch than in being positive about their team. They trade on misery; it's their sustenance.

It's not about being perceived smarter it's what a s**t ton of fans thought when he was going to be our bell cow

They thought that he was going to have a freak non contact injury which can happen to anyone who steps on to a football field?

Sometimes in life s**t happens with nobody to blame. All they can do is adjust and move forward.

If the team wants a receiving RB, Akrum Wadley is available. He's not McKinnon, but he can do similar things out of the backfield as a pass catcher.

I think Derek Loville has a few more carries in him if they can break him out of prison.
