I still don't know how the Chiefs can afford all these playmakers with that contract. They drafted well this year especially on OL, so that helps them.

Mahomes cap hit is $7.4M this season. They will start to lose players eventually, or Mahomes will restructure.

He's not restructuring. That was a $500 million dollar deal. He wanted to have the biggest deal in NFL history.

I'm not sure people understand restructuring. Restructuring typically doesn't mean less money for the player. It means converting salary to signing bonus and paying the signing bonus up front and spreading that amount over the life of the deal. It is an accounting maneuver. Eventually at some point the Chiefs will have all these dollars counting against their cap just a matter of when.

And he was given that. Restructuring doesn't erase the past. He will still get his money. You have no idea what you are talking about.

It's already a 10 year deal. I'm not sure how you can add more seasons to it.

No one's talking about adding seasons.

Just sit this one out jcs. Its fine.
Mahomes gave the Chiefs the "Patrick Price".
I think there should be a rule that you can only restructure a player's contract one time. Once you touch it you can't touch it again unless you are giving that player an extension. The way the Chiefs are doing it right now there is no such thing as a cap. Pushing money down the road is suppose to eventually catch up to you in a couple of years but then when that time comes they will just push more money down the road and then so on and so on until the end of time. It's like having an unlimited credit card with no due date to pay it up.

A lot of people say they feel sorry for Mahomes cause of her and his fruity brother. I can excuse his brother but he chose his wife. Idc how magic your p***y is if my girl was acting like that i would've talked to her or leave. Does she realize that she is making Pat look pretty bad? You can be supportive of your SO without acting like a b***h about it. That goes for both genders too.

Word on the street is he's an entitled c**t too. He just knows how to turn on the dog and pony show when in public. His wife forgets the pony part.

That game winning td that Kelce had last Sunday blew my mind.
It was sensational.

Kelce did a dig route to the endzone ....he spins clockwise faking a catch, spins COUNTER clockwise faking another catch, feints again spining a final time CLOCKWISE and catching a td pass in his back shoulder last second. . ...Elite stuff right there. That's experience and talent right there. You can't teach that.
