One thing I want to see Jimmy improve on is playing consistently well for a long period of time before making a mistake or what kind of throw was that.

No QB plays perfect all game long every single game of the season. Rodgers misses passes, Brady misses passes, Mahommes misses passes.

People need to get over this fantasy of a QB playing perfect all game every game - Montana and Young also missed passes.

it does sound like 1-18 which doesn't make sense. shouldn't it be a color and then number?

Sounds more like bitterness that Brady is gone and they are stuck with a broken down Cam
I think that article from Boston is how the overwhelming majority of non-niner fans across the country view Jimmy

What would they trade for him you think?

So far this year, cam has been a more valuable player

Good post. Some of these posters are definitely short sighted...either that or they just don't know football and what you mention here is way over their heads.

A great defense? Oh, like maybe the Steelers? Who led the league in sacks last year. Cause...he kind of did. Hit the game winner to Pettis in the endzone. So................

These people are definitely on something. We aren't saying he's a great qb yet, and I stress yet. With some good pass protection and simply one receiver that's reliable as an outside threat in my opinion he will easily be top 5 to 10 closer to top five.

The amazing thing is he is so clutch under pressure especially on third and fourth downs and all he really has is George Kittle. He's making it work with wide receiver number 3's like Bourne and receivers that aren't good yet like Samuel. That says so much considering he's been getting pressured Almost as much as any quarterback in the league with no outlet receivers I can get separation consistently.

Whereas Russell Wilson may get pressure up the middle but he's got two excellent receivers he can throw it up to you and they come through for him. Again I'm not comparing him to the best quarterbacks in the league I'm comparing his situation and the lack of help around him.

A little emotional there. Trust is a relative term.

There's no sense in arguing about whether he does or doesn't trust him without more specific references.

Which is why I ask "Trust him with what?"

Example: He'll never be trusted by Shanahan to engineer a comeback or a drive against a great defense like he's Joe Montana or Tom Brady or anything. But he trusts him to be the main QB once he's had a look at QB2 and QB3 in live action by now.

You don't have to give a guy the security code to your house to "trust" him.

Not at all emotional. I think what you do is you say something really controversial and a lot of times not accurate and when we answer back you simply say really emotional there huh? Or triggered huh? I think we are the ones triggering you and then you have to react like that just to make your case seem more logical and ours seem more emotional when in reality you're view is more wrong than right and you're not seeing it in the context of things like we are.
