I don't think Jed will get in the way of all the Brinks trucks that will be heading to Garoppolo's house after the season ends. If he's willing to spend to get rid of those two coaches, he'll be willing to spend on Jimmy.
I honestly don't think Jed gives a crap. He has to pay up to whatever the salary cap is, how those salaries get arranged is the domain of Shanahan, Lynch and Marathe.
Very true. I just don't want him leaking anything to the press or twittering something that might not sit well with the important parties involved. You tell him to stay off twitter, and just smile and sign the checks!

If they don't sign him soon then they better start looking into buying a bank and just hand over the keys to Jimmy G. Sign him now!!!

I think he gets tagged now. His agent has to be thinking highest paid qb or bust. We'll play it out 1 season knowing worse case scenario is a 2nd tag.

They will only tag him for long enough to figure out to transfer all that money. The Swiss were already complaining about having one bank receive such a large sum and are demanding that Jimmy G spread it around so the country won't face financial chaos.

Don't think so.. It would benefit both parties to get a deal done. If the guaranteed money is structured in a sufficient way both sides should be able to agree.

He's getting a 5/6 deal north of $27M/year. It's happening. Today's performance broke the camels back (and the bank).

Gotta imagine that Mike Shanahan is watching all of this and is freaking psyched as well. Garoppolo might have been his dream QB post-Elway.
