This is what happens when you are a 2x SB winning 3x SB appearing face of the franchise type QB in his absolute prime.

KNBR on the way in to work floated Saints, Bucs, Commanders and Steelers as potential landing spots. Said a deal wanted ASAP for all parties.

trade value
This is the "fan" opinion which is to knee jerk so hard from last night's game that they blow out an ACL. In reality NFL GMs determine trade value and yes QBs in their prime with years of starting experience have trade value.
HAHAHAHA calling it a fan opinion from you, that's rich.
Jimmy has absolutely no trade value right now...his contract is stupid and his play is avg at best. He will be cut in the off season.
Time to get off his nuts, it's over and they f**ked up by sticking with him.

The Washington Commanders, Philadelphia Eagles, Carolina Panthers, and Denver Broncos are all prepared to take a "major swing" at the QB position, per @SInow
Lynch better be talking to 3 of these 4 teams for a 1st or 2nd at the least!

Yup believe me you nailed it. This is why we have a gold jacket wearing World Champion Hall of Famer calling the shots. This is how we get a first rounder and free soda in all 49er break room vending machines for 3 years minimum.

I give Jimmy credit for all the good he did while knowing full well that he left a lot of plays on the field and a lot of times felt like a big reason why many games were closer than they should've been due to turnovers late in games and/or when in scoring position.

You do realize this is the Jimmy G thread, right?
Objective and rational posts like yours are not welcome.

One thing that Jimmy provides that not many others in his tier of qbs do is change the culture of a franchise. Yeah he isn't the best qb, but his intangibles and charisma helps the team as a whole perform better. You sell that to teams well enough and we can get a nice haul.

Agree. That's why I could also see a team like the Giants involved.

Jimmy G gave us a lot of exciting close games. Yeah, it was fun, but it's time to start winning games handily. I know the NFL has changed a lot of rules and the refs are rigging games, so it's time to start winning these games by more than 3 points in the last minute of the 4th quarter.

Overwhelm them with playmaking so if they even try to rig our games it's going to be blatantly obvious

Nothing is rigged DeBerg. You lost that QB competition to Montana fair and square.
