Had to block the fella. Can't support having hate thrown all over the place, based purely on an opinion from some "fan" that knows as much about the topic as big bird. We won a playoff game and some in here want to disparage members of the team because they 'don't like' how they take care of their business, even knowing that they know squat about doing the job.

The denial in here is out of control.

The only thing "out of control" in here is your hate for the starting QB, who just guided his team to a road win in the playoffs. Maybe you should head out and find a nce safe place to vent your hatred out.

Yeah he should head out and ride to Jacksonville where Carlos Hyde is currently watching the games from the comfort of his couch.

Hey if I can change my name I would. Just happened to create this account when Carlos was beasting for a stretch early on in his career.

What a nice 1 game stretch that was

Man I really hope Jimmy plays. Niners are done if they have to throw Trey out there.

If Jimmy doesn't play, I hope I can get some inside info beforehand so I can place a bet on the game. At least make a little money out of my misery lol.

U can't 100 percent assume that we wouldn't have been in a similar situation had trey started day 1. I'm sure there would of been plenty of bumps but it's not like jimmy was carrying anything. He was a passenger himself

Jimmy struggled in the first half two weeks ago against the Rams but if he didn't played clutch in the second half especially moving the ball on air with 87 seconds left with no timeouts we wouldn't be talking about playoffs right now. Stafford couldn't do it on the ensuing drive and Carr couldn't do it last week to tie the game with the Bengals. If that's not helping carry the team into the playoffs then idk what to say to you.
Starting to think dude is a packers fan.. for real

And who dug that hole against the rams? U dont get credit for that when you are the one responsible for digging the damn hole to begin with. We needed to end the game this week and he couldn't even execute a qb sneak. One of the few things Hes good at.
let's go jimmy!!

get the W baby

Hmm i guess we should start to criticize Joe Montana and The Catch because he had 3 interceptions and a fumble that game

he shouldnt get credit for coming from behind and making that throw i guess

based on his play in preseason and the cardinals/seattle game i sure can.

He made a huge jump between then and texans game but even then we weren't moving the ball very efficiently like we normally do.

A passanger doesnt have 35-14 record 9 or whatever it is) and then when the backups come in we lost 2x more losses than wins

YPP in Texans game: 6.8
YPP 2021 season: 6.1

Ok.

You mean like the people who said Jimmy > Stafford because we beat them in week 17?

Then sure, yeah I agree with you.

My point is that when discussing someone's play in the postseason… the regular season is irrelevant.

You continue to post Jimmy's career record which means nothing towards predicting his play in the postseason.

You act like the postseason is some entirely different sport. It's still football vs the same clubs we face in the regular season. Only real difference is the stakes are raised and the clubs are stronger on average. Stronger clubs explains why a lot of QBs have weaker postseason metrics than they do in the regular season. QB ratings tend to go down. But yeah long established trends of NFL players don't just drop off the face of the Earth cuz the calendar now says January. Cooper Kupp is still good. Davante Adams is still dangerous. And notice JG keeps winning.

Again, you continue to act like I've made a stance on Jimmy from my comments when I haven't.

I was just pointing out that you were wrong when you said the other post was factually incorrect. Nothing he said was factually incorrect. The passer rating was correct. It just didn't mesh with your overall view of Jimmy. And that's fine.

If your point is that Jimmy's playoff passing rating doesn't represent him as a player I can see that argument. But again, miss me with the win and loss argument when trying to argue Jimmy's played well in the playoffs.

If anything, you could say he should get an incomplete grade against GB and Minn for not having to do much at all and being injured vs Dallas. I'm fine with that perspective.

No, he is just staying on topic.

Wait…you actually think Trey would have gotten this team this far this year? Seriously? Have you watched Trey at all? Dude has been completely underwhelming outside of 1 half against an awful team.
