If he was concussed, then he should have done the right thing and let Mullens take over. It's kind of selfish of him to stay in the game with a concussion. Mullens would have gotten the job done.

To be completely honest with you, that game was the 1st Niners game I missed in the last 20yrs. SORRY!!!

Over the years I have learned that people's judgement/analysis of a specific QB is directly related to how much they like said QB. The excuses for one QB are not afforded to others. The praise for one QB is not given to others. Nothing new here.

There were a lot of QBs who played poorly week 1. Don't recall if any QB played well who was missing similar playmakers around them.
