PFF now ranks him as the #10 QB in the league. What they have to say about him speaks directly to the TD/INT ratio:

So, yes, he could get better, and it seems he is on that pathway, however, he is in the top 10 overall now with some key numbers at 6 and 7 overall.
I won't be happy until he passes Mahomes.
