It won't happen, as I agree with the March or later time frame. But it would be funny to get this contract signed right around the Superb Owl, and steal some of the spotlight.

It takes me less than two minutes to cut a check, even faster with a bank transfer. Get this done already. We have had months to prepare, and it's the biggest no brainer of contract negotiations. Pay the man

I think Lynch would be the type of guy to want to avoid upsetting the league. They don't like when teams announce signings on Super Bowl week.
I could give a sh*t about what the league thinks, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up that it'll happen anytime soon lol.
