Yet the media don't seem interested in holding this man to the same standard in which they hold the players. Below is an interview of the woman who exposed this guy (start the video at about 5:01):Originally posted by ChazBoner:Originally posted by 9ersLiferInChicago:Man, the blatant double standard on how this is being handled is just maddening
what do you mean? He lost his job.
The league, the media, and the public is really giving this man a pass in terms of responsibility. This man committed a crime on Dolphins facility grounds yet its the woman who exposed him who's getting more backlash, more criticism, than him. This man gets to snort coke at work with little to no negative press!! If this were a player, or Black coach, his whole life would have been exposed and laid bare for all the world to see, every life decision second guessed and analyzed, and every mistake examined, judged, and deemed due to drug use. I'm glad this woman exposed this a$$hole. The players are getting excoriated for protesting for REAL issues that they face yet this guy escapes excoriation. Even now little to no attention is given to this. That, Sir, is the double standard in which I'm speaking of.
That girl is just exposing white people for what they are; human. Susceptible to the same flaws as Latinos, Blacks, Asians, etc. Actually most of the people, in my lifetime, I've seen use hard drugs are white. Now that may be because they make up 65% of the population, but it's time to get off the high horse.
Wut lol? You think that white people aren't viewed as drug users just the same as blacks and Latinos? If that's true and you really believe that then that is just sad. You my friend are a race Natzhi, you're completely obsessed with it. Anything that happens.... it's all about race and inequality to you.
