He went Top 10 in 2018, was traded a year later. A year after that he's on a practice squad.
Poor pocket presence, poor accuracy, bad decision making, makes Garoppolo look like Russell Wilson in terms of mobility. He's just not a good QB and hasn't done anything to make anyone believe that he'll be one. The only reason he's still in the NFL is because he was a Top 10 pick and teams continue to hope they can strike buried gold.
