We just don't want the press clippings to read Foster is suspended for the season. NFL cares so I got to.

Exactly. Its just dumb. Stay in CA where its legal and you have team support around you. Just dumb to get caught out of state.

I agree he didn't test postive. My point is that diluted test is percieved as a positive test. And nobody is naive enough to buy the dehydrated excuse. Perception is reality in most cases

Dude went to the doctor because he was sick, that's one of the many problems with our society people are labeled guilty regardless.

Hey you choose to believe that's your opinion. I've heard that excuse bout 100 times in my life. 99% of the time it was b******t.

I tend to agree.
99% chance a sick person does not chug 2L of liquid within 1 hour of a test.
1% chance said person follows doctor's orders to the T and drank tons of fluids. It's possible, but his weed hiding technique is still bad.
if you are going to smoke might as well smoke in cali where its legal now. i have no problem with him smoking but damn dude be smart about it
If it was meth or coke yeh throw the book at him. Weed....meh.

Yea. He's in trouble for something that is completely legal in 8 other states. And in like 25 other states you can get a bs card easily for it.
I'm hoping lynch has a good talk with him.

You want to know how badly this kid messed up with his diluted drug test and blow out costing him the combine?

The kid was easily a top 3 consensus pick. Our own Peters wanted him at 2. He ended up going 31st. Here's the differences in total salary plus signing bonus.

3 49ers Solomon Thomas - $28,169,295 ($18,617,459)
31 49ers Reuben Foster - $9,048,638 ($4,711,527)

Granted, there were concerns over his shoulder too so the immaturity, drugs and poor life skills and choices all played a role together in the drop. But it also played a role in Paraag adding drug language to his contract, now costing him another $2.5M.

So altogether, so far, he's probably cost himself $21.6M.

"Drugs are bad...mkay."

To be fair NC, he dropped because of his shoulder. (Not more then that was reported)

And first LB taken was Reddick at 13. His contract was 13.47 mil. The only team picking top five that would've taken him was us.

The #s are skewed to prove a point, I get it but we are assuming a lot.

But it's not legal at his job.

Serious question. Is it against the rules to smoke weed in the offseason?
