He looked like the blue chip rookie we all expected.

Legit. Our defense looked different with him
This guy has Staley luck with injury.

Football gods sending us a very faint sign that they don't totally hate us.

dropped pick 6 early in the game
Hes proving hes the real deal ina regular season game.
Foster is the Truth. I noticed after his injury, the energy on the team and from fans dropped.

Best player on the team already IMO. He's got that Patrick Willis Impact Vibe.
I was there today and not sure if it's been mentioned but everyone was goin wild with niner pride. Then Foster went down and then everything was zapped from the stadium. Went quiet. Next play was a touchdown as everyone already knows.

That's the heart and soul of our team, no doubt about it.

Exactly how I felt. Foster going down was like when the 49ers lost Steve Young in '99. Foster is that spark on defense, it just seems like he makes everyone better around him.

Just shut him down for the season, what's the point.

Why not just shut him down for his career? Not worth risking his health. He might get hurt if he plays at any point.

You know he is going to be a special player when he is already the heart and soul of the defense.
The only reason I'll continue to watch this train wreck

Felt the same way there today. Energy was lacking after he left

Yea I was there too.
I was thinking we were at least holding them on defense and foster is definitely playing really well. He goes down, and it was a completely different atmosphere in the stadium.
