He'd be insane to take that and would have learned nothing from his jets tenure.

Saleh is interviewing with the Titans right now. If they don't hire him, he'll get on the plane to Arizona. pic.twitter.com/rEMjqzUCAe
He's gone. No way he doesn't get the offer for at least 1 of these jobs.
Titans have a QB. AZ doesn't.
If I'm the Titans, it comes down to who Saleh can bring in as OC.

It is the highest position that a coach can achieve.
Unless, he pines to be a GM or owner.

If I were Saleh I'd go Raiders. #1 overall pick, cap space, but only problem is they re-signed Geno Smith. Fernando Mendoza should take over after three games though. But again he'll have the cap space to shape the defense how he wants to. All Saleh has to do is find the right OC and he's golden.

Truth is, Bob Saleh is pretty average without an all world d line.

He answers to Robert.

But wouldn't be surprised if he runs for another HC job to. Why go through another year of this if it happens again.
I think he will go after the Steelers or Ravens gig. If not, I think he pulls himself out of the market. He already had a dysfunctional experience in NYJ.
Ideally, he stays for one more season so we get two third round picks.
That is ideal. ... There are jobs out there that would fit Saleh's needs, but I too hope he stays with us.
Too bad teams can't have a clause in the contract that says an OC or DC must stay at least 2 seasons.
I get how it hurts us but how can you stop someone from seeking a better job/more money for their families? That's crazy.
What's just as crazy- Saleh taking the Titans, Cardinals, or Raiders jobs. Its like he has learned nothing.
At least the Titans possibly have a QB. If I were Saleh, I wouldn't touch those other jobs with a 39 and a half foot pole.
They do, but the way they have ushered out talent the last few years is troubling.

Arizona and the Raiders are the worst jobs. I might put Arizona even behind Las Vegas. To go up against McVay, Shanahan, and McDonald every year? The seniors council in the AFC West is almost as bad. I get these jobs are hard to get but it just doesn't seem prudent. ESPECIALLY with no quarterback.

There are jobs every year though. Does he just want the title or a chance to actually be successful?

I would go Vegas because Brady is there and you can pick your next QB and then I would bring McDaniels in if I could
