Robert Saleh - Head Coach - Tennessee Titans

Saleh should be very careful about deciding where he wants to go. Another failed head coaching job and he could be done for good. He's not an offensive guy so he needs a good OC and has to get in a situation with a decent QB.

I have a weird feeling Tua is going to the jets.

Maybe if he gets released. But as injured Tua always is he might as well become a back up for a year or two.

I actually believe he will be with the Steelers or Ravens. Who know's maybe the raiders offer the most opportunity and cash 💸.

I agree. He gets one more chance and to give himself the best opportunity, go to a team with owners who are patient. Both the steelers and ravens are patient and don't want to fire coaches.

The Steelers don't have a QB to build on. The organization is top notch but I can't see him going into another situation with a rookie QB.
The Steelers job isn't as attractive as some believe, the core of the roster is old they don't have any young pieces to build around on either side of the ball and as you said no QB.

And if the next coach struggles mightily out of the gate will he get as long of a leash as previous coaches?

Class act of an organization, the fans travel better than any other, they draft well (particularly defensively), and he could be there 20 years. The bar for staying there 20 years is a lot lower than it would be in AZ or Miami or whatever.

The Steelers and Ravens are the two most attractive HC jobs were likely to see for at least a decade.
They haven't drafted all that well recently on either side of the ball they've struggled to find a QB since Big Ben retired hence the Wilson and Rodgers signings they didn't even seem to have a plan in place even though he had been on his last legs for awhile.

It goes without saying thats its a better run organization than AZ or Miami most are,but this is a roster with major issues and those previous coaches outside of Noll had immediate success & he won the SB in his 4th or 5th year,so I'm not so sure the next coach gets as long of a leash if they're cellar dwellers for two or three years.

I am sure he is aware most coaches don't get 3 shots for HC job.

I would think so but sometimes the money can lead to bad decisions.

Let's hope he doesn't make the same mistake twice

My guess is that there is maybe 2-3 openings he would actually say yes to. He's not going to go to the cardinals or anytbjng like that - he'll be picky about ownership and front office.

if he leaves, I hope he gets the Baltimore job or Steelers. The Baltimore job is a HC dream. Minter or Saleh will end up in Baltimore/steelers. I think Steelers will make a huge push for minter.

Lets lock in with another one of these.

The Cardinals and Raiders jobs are the worst. Not just because of the franchises themselves, but does Saleh want to go against McVay, McDonald, and Shanahan twice a year? He'll be fired in 2 - 2.5 years.

AFC West is somewhat similar. The only difference is their coaches are much older.

He doesn't have the leeway to pick and choose jobs. There are only 7 available right now and his last stint at it was a failure. If he gets two offers I'll be surprised.

Falcons or Miami are my only concerns are possibilities
With what he has to deal / play with, the defense kept them in the game past two weeks... coach your best game tonight, Saleh
