Meh

He's still some of the same Sherman that we hated in Seattle but I certainly have come to think that was just him fueling his own competitive juices. He has a softer spoken humble side too. We won't do him wrong like he feels Seattle did either from the looks of things. If he leaves, or when he leaves, everyone will understand why and there probably won't be hard feelings on either side.

Of course if we play him, I'm sure he'll want to pick Jimmy or whomever off.
I dont think he's going to get the deal he expects out there.

Most players this year aren't going to get that deal because of the cap situation and number of guys who will end up available after cuts. Nobody will have enough money to pay a guy on the downside 10 million a year.
Richard Sherman says he wouldn't have let Scotty Miller beat him deep on Tom Brady's TD pass to end the first half of the NFC Championship Game

-same guy who got torched in the super bowl by Sammy Watkins and a child abuser, costing us the game

screw him, don't let the door hit you old man

That no-call on the Bosa hold kinda helped that play, but yes I agree.

Look,

I get it. The old Seahags stuff is still deep in some of you. But face it, the man gave us some memories and thrills. I wish it would end differently, but he has to be him, we have to be us.

So, here is to the BIG DICK, who came down from the north and helped return us to prominence.

If the child abuser you're referring to is Tyreek Hill, then you got your receivers mixed up. Sherman was on the other side taking Watkins. It was Moseley and Ward who screwed up the 3rd and 15 pass.
I'm happy that we had Sherman for 3 seasons, I wish the cap wasn't going down, and he didn't get hurt, cause I would loved to have had him back, but will definitely root for him, but damn PFF projecting 2yr $28M deal, $14M a yr, no wonder the 49ers can't afford that, big cap hits both seasons.

I think the reason Sherman is so sure that he's not coming back is for that reason right there. I'm sure Lynch told him our priority is Trent Williams.

Totally different situation. Sherm may have gotten torched by Watkins on that one play, but I agree with him completely. He definitely wouldnt have gotten burned by Miller on that play. Too smart for that.

And LOL "costing us the game."

Yea he served us well. I don't have any ill will towards him.
sherm was good for us. i still think the chiefs going 7/7 against him in the superbowl was a big part of why we lost but we also couldnt score in the last quarter to save our lives and sherm was a huge reason we even got there. all good with me #25, thanks for redeeming yourself after years of being the most hated person on earth lol

I blame the whole team. They just started celebrating way too early and lost their edge. They didn't stay focused for 4 quarters. We seen ever aspect from coaching to both sides of the ball fail miserably in the 4th quarter. Nobody even talks about the d line and the horrible angles FW was taking allowing Williams to run all over us. It wasn't just one guy it was the whole collective.
