Just curious, he's a great player but I still hate him after the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP and his arrogant comments. I would not take him no matter how great he could make the 49er defense. What say you?

FO shouldn't let this go. They need to pursue this. Besides, what have the Raiders ever done to help out the 9ers?

NFL better not let this slide either, after the way they did us with that weak, Briggs tampering situation.

Very. Inherited a team who had to play his PREVIOUS team, so he knew exactly what to expect. He has done nothing ever since.

Yup. Sherman is an employee of another team and gruden actively recruited him through the media. As soon as his contract ends with the 49ers, that statement is completely legit.

I haven't heard one word that the Niners will file tampering charges. Not sure this goes anywhere. For the Lance Briggs thing the niners contacted his agent mid season without the Bears knowledge. And his agent recorded those conversations and gave them to the NFL. I don't think saying we will sign you once you are a FA will fall into that category. Maybe they throw us a pick but I can't see the NFL making the Raiders switch 3rd round picks with the Niners like they had to do with Chicago. .

Adios Sherm, he had a good run with us but can't break the bank on an often injured CB whose speed is declining. Will miss his leadership for sure.
