38 year old Co-Offensive coordinator who doesn't call the plays? Eagles just hired the previous OC for the Chiefs (who also didn't call the plays) and they have the #21 offense (#12 in 2015) & are 3-9 in the last 12 games.

Dave Toub is who you want.

If Chris Ballard is hired as a GM look for him to push Toub or some AFC West/NFC North assistant coach.

CB not so great tho, he wanted to go back to Chicago and they snubbed him

Do you know why though? He wanted complete control. He was critical of how ownership ran the Bears and they didn't necessarily like hearing that.
