There shouldn't be courts involved at all. The players union negotiated the bargaining agreement and then every time one of their superstar players is punished within that agreement it goes to courts, which inevitably end up ruling in the NFL's favor because THEY GAVE ALL THE POWER TO THE LEAGUE in their negotiations. Every time they do this s**t, they ensure they are going to be locked out even longer next time.
