Have you been following this case at all?

This suspension is not about wether there is conclusive evidence or not. They're punishing Elliot for being a moron. After the very first incident with this escort Tiffany, he should've left her. But no, he stuck around for 4 more incidents. Then you have the bar fights, one of which the victim was obviously paid off. Driving at 100+ MPH. Pulling that woman's top down. He obviously has an alcohol problem, too.
What a perfect scapegoat for the NFL to try and make an example out of. Biggest star, on the most watched team, no conclusive evidence, and we (the NFL) still gonna make an example out of him. Nobody is above Godell, not even Tom Brady. That's the message here.
f**k it, it's the cowboys. f**k the cowboys.

Talked to longtime Grayson County DA who was in courtroom during Zeke hearing. Said he expects Mazzant to grant Zeke's TRO.

How does it parallel Aldon? Aldon repeatedly broke the law. The only thing he has definitively done that is not legal is gone 100mph....which, lets be honest, what 20 year old kid hasnt done?

No. Zeke is still trying to get a TRO, which could prolong everything indefinitely.

When it's all set and done he will serve that 6 game suspension at some point.
They (Elliot's team) are gambling though, what if this process is more expedited than the Brady case? A lot of the precedents have been set by that case, so the judge(s) might want to skip ahead. The NFL will also urge the courts to rule quickly. So what if this gets settled around week 15? He will miss the last two games and all of the playoffs.
Why not just serve the suspension now, and get it over with? Because he will serve that suspension. There's no getting around article 46.

Which according to the above tweet several posts ago seems pretty likely. So he won't necessarily miss the Niner game but rather could play the entire season actually without the suspension kicking in.

Zeke is a bit of a fool, but the NFL needs its nuts kicked in its terrible enforcement policy, so I hope he ends up getting off free

So now everyone can just fight suspensions?
