His performance in the preseason was probably the reason why Rush didn't make the 53 man roster. The Niners will use him as the 4th OLB/pass rusher until Lynch returns. Can't wait to see how he does when the real games begin.

The same can probably be said for Garrison Smith. Looking forward to seeing how they use him.
