I think what Saleh said nailed it..he was not doing a good enough job off the field preparing each day for every sunday. Got to want it off the field just as much as on it. study that film son!!!!!

This. Much better fit for that particular scheme.
He'll do ok when running with his man. The second the ball is in the air it won't matter how good he is at running with his man in coverage. On short throws, he'll get out-muscled. On deep balls, he won't get his head around. If he does get his head around, he won't make a play on the ball. If he does make a play on the ball, he'll never intercept it, even if it hits him in the hands. And all that aside, if he makes contact with the receiver, he'll get flagged for PI.
Glad to see him gone.
