wtf? I was never on his bandwagon or anything like that.
My heart is broken due to the recent passing of my son, who I used to watch games with. I now have no one to discuss the Niners with--so I come on here--to try to forget.
Its tough to do. he grew up a Niners fan and played football through HS. I miss him and his rational, clear-eyed analysis of all things Niners.
He was buried with the Niners gear he gave me one Christmas.
Really sorry to hear that man. I lost my little 25 year old brother recently in a car accident. Very sorry for your pain.
I am so sorry for both your losses. Losing a son and a brother is so incredibly sad and puts life into perspective.

Thank you. It's been a rough few months. I see the constant struggle in my parents and still hold a lot of grief myself. I've found that football gives me a bit of a release. Life is a very precious thing and I've seen first-hand how quickly it can be gone.
I don't mean to air my personal feelings or derail this thread. Just wanted OND to know I am very sorry for him and I understand his pain right now. Thanks again Ninerjohn. OND sorry again for your loss bud.

Only 13 guys left from the pre-Shanahan era.
Joe Staley
Garrett Celek
Kyle Nelson
Jimmie Ward
Bradley Pinion
Joshua Garnett
Arik Armstead
Eli Harold
Jaquiski Tartt
DeForest Buckner
Ronald Blair
Aaron Burbridge
Raheem Mostert
Down to just 13 in basically a calendar year. Shows how truly awful Baalke's 2016 team was.

Lmao. Cawks statement...
"We wanted an experienced offensive lineman. Zane can play anywhere on the line and has played in every system. We look forward to watching him compete for a starting job"..

Right, but you have to remember some of these guys getting let go of is because of scheme fit and not talent/skill.
