Yeah no. The reality is that when this happened, this woman claimed that Manning had mooned her according to reports at the time. Years into his pro career she was suddenly claiming that he had teabagged her. The matter was settled in civil court a long time ago, the only reason it is being brought up again is because a particular activist who has been found to be less than credible in the past is now butthurt about Cam Newton being the brunt of criticism.

He raped her.

Teabagging is the "soft version".

Very often in cases this, the side with the money decides it is easier to just make a settlement payment in exchange for being able to go on with their life/career. Even when the charges are false or spurious, it is easier and cheaper to pass some cash than to go through a long, protracted court case. Even though you win, it takes more time, energy and money than it is worth to win. I suspect that is the case with Manning. I have no proof. I only know that is what happens with some frequency.

Reality is it happened. She settled because Mannings were untouchable. Times have change in the last 10 years. Voices are being heard unlike it use to be. Some things get a little carried away like the use of the word bullying...If she was truly raped(tea bagging is rape) she should've stuck to her belief and not settled. Regardless it's irrelevant whether she settled or not. If it happend she has every right come after him and all the people involved.
so a grown fairly unattractive woman by just about any standard... was in the locker room with a teenage boy.....and he sexually assaulted her? But ....she never went to the police?

good luck with that......

in the state of Tennessee you have a couple of key problems....

its not rape there is no penetration...so...no rape.....

its prob not even sexual assault, you would have a VERY difficult time proving this was about sexual gratification...and thats even if you just take HER side of the story.

It could be simple assault since the intent was most likely to embarrass not physically harm her if you take only HER side of the story.

Now if you somehow get the 8 year statue of limitation to magically dissappear and....... get it in front of a jury 20 years later..... put pillar of the comunity up against a troubled woman who HAS changed her story ....

yeah....good luck with that.......

most likely a ''statute of limitations '' by now on this bs.

This reporter had his face up Cam Newtons' corny ass, he went out and tried to find some dirt on Minning.

Even if Minning

I don't know what he's been up to lately, but I do know that it's widely accepted in coaching circles that Peyton spent a lot of time in Indy hosting Penthouse hooker parties. My understanding is that he was buying the locker room that way, but most of what I heard about it intimated that he was enjoying the entertainment as well as any of his guests, and that the parties continued after he was married. I was also told that the Indy media knew all about it and didn't touch it. I don't know how much of it is true, but I completely trust the dude who told me it, and he's pretty plugged in. I know other Zoners have heard the same stuff, too. It's always colored my perception of Manning, but I also hate him for getting more commercials than Joe.

They're arguing over who's blacker. Very strange.

It was a wet noodle fight to say the least. I'm not a devout fan of either so I can't say either really had the upper hand. King had some "dirt" on Whitlock but it really didn't sound that bad. He accused Whitlock of being sexist and not letting female writers write for him. Whitlock pointed out he only had female editors. Whitlock hinted he thinks King is a liar and mentioned a couple stories. King denied he was lying, and called Whitlock a "sellout" for being a black man getting paid to say what white people think. Whitlock accused King of preying on the black community, using blacklivesmatter as a way to raise money. I guess if I had to pick i'd say Whitlock ended up getting the better of the spat, only because King refused to directly answer many questions. But I'm white, and I like Peyton Manning.

Like I said, I don't KNOW anything, except that the guy who told me has my total trust, and he knows A LOT of important coaches in several sports and at least one guy who works for NFLN. He might have been misinformed, but he wasn't lying, and he'd heard it from a lot of people. It's not too hard for me to accept that Peyton Manning, as a rookie, needed to buy hookers to make friends in an NFL locker room.

I've heard his rumor before too. It's anybody's guess if it's true, but I'll say in the day and age of camera phones, teotter, snapchat, etc., Manning was (is?) damn good if he managed to keep a lid on all of that.
