It's been said that Kelly didn't really wrestle personnel control away from Roseman. Supposedly, he just stepped up and volunteered to take care of it at a time when the FO was in flux.

I doubt the Eagles would deal him to us, cause of Chip obviously. I'd imagine we would have to pay more then everyone else. Still I'd rather have him then Colin.
