Le'Veon Bell possibly goooooooooonnneeeeee, for the season
Denver has the best defense in the league. They are awesome against the run, have a number of guys who can blitz, and their corners are incredible. They blanketed receivers for 8-10 seconds on a couple plays where Rodgers had great protection. Their D-Line is good (Malik Jackson, Sly Williams in particular), their linebackers are great (Ware, Miller), their corners are elite (Talib, Harris, Roby), and TJ Ward is a good safety. They rank #1 in yards and points now which is even more impressive given their offense couldn't move the ball for much of the season (Denver was 29th in the league in yards per game coming into tonight). I'm not sure I've seen a more complete defense.

Peyton Manning might have a shot at a SB playing second fiddle to his defense.

Steelers fans must think that the universe is out to get them.

I wish he would have done that here....to be fair he was a hell of a lot better a few years ago but we did have a killer D

They would probably be a legit contender if not for injuries... For it to happen just as they get Ben back is just cruel...

However DeAngelo Williams certainly hasn't been a bad pick up for them this season... So the might be ok, can't replace Bell though dude is special.

Don't cry over that loser Peytonicus.

He intentionally avoided ALL of the NFC so he won't have to face his little baby brother....

Plus at the time, as we all know (and still more or less true today) the NFC defenses are more nasty, plus he doesn't have an extensive file cabinet collection on defensive coordinators and position coaches for NFC teams as well.

I'll take Alex and Colin even with hindsight. Seahawks got it done, so it could/should have been done by us too. Had Flacco not gotten lucky on that hail mary pass in Denver, we probably would have faced them that year.

He's got a ridiculous defense and maybe now he can win it all (Peyton), but somehow I think he won't.
Aaron Rodgers statline was atrocious.

Fair enough...he has carried so many teams in his career if he gets one to carry him to the big dance he has earned it.
Sad watching this Panther team, which looks like our team from 2-3 years ago. Stout D, Stout running game, Coach with balls, QB as a real dual threat. So sad...

He's playing with fractured ribs and a bad shoulder. He's been terrible so far, but he'll bounce back assuming he doesn't re-injure himself.

Watching the Panthers I thought the same thing. Cam went by Kap like he was standing still.
