let him stay for a while and take staleys reps so staley does not get hurt... if pears gets hurt, that is ok and that way he can be valuable to us til maybe the second pre season game

I'm curious what teams see in him. Maybe he's a master of the playbook and shows it in practice or something. Hes started for 2 teams already and wasn't out of work for very long. Weird considering he looked like trash starting.
