Skuta is 6-2 250 and ran a 4.72 Rush is 6-3 251 and ran a 4.69
I had him as a 7th round pick in my 2015 mock

I'd like to see this kid make the squad.

if the guy gains about 15 more lbs, and not lose his motor, he could be the next Kevin Greene!!!

He's really that big? Looked smaller on tv but that's all I have to judge it off

Really, I doubt that Marcus Rush is in the 250s... he's more like 240 to 245 at best... so, he's suited as a part time Pass Rusher.. and if gets to rush the passer even as a part timer, I thnk he'll get about 5 to 6 sacks..

Yeah, but that's after all the eating and working out .... 251 lbs... lol.. by mid-season, the guy will be around the 245s...
but who cares, as long as he can be the next Kevin Greene or even Dwight Freeney!!!

With the Lynch Mob not being in the greatest shape, and Eli is also still learning the ropes to be an OLB (DE at Virginia), all Marcus Rush needs is that chance on subbing for each one of them and watch him create some HAVOC!!!
It's almost perfect that he's not an every down OLB yet, because it means that while the rest of the opposing OL's motor is running about 75%, M-Rush's will be running 110 miles per hour still!!
EZ 6 sacks!!!!

Yeah I'm good with keeping him on the squad, I liked him in the draft as a late rd sleeper.

He is just starting out as a UDFA and he is a scrub player already? How do you know he won't be a serviceable player with a little training and time. Oh wait, that's right, you don't know...

They're very similar players when it comes down to it. Both about 6'2", 250. Lemon had 7 sacks as a senior at Akron. Rush had 7.5 sacks as a senior at MSU.
Like you said, they have 2 weeks to separate themselves, but Lemon is at a handicap because of his age.
Marcus Rush went to the HS I went to...though MUCH later. Saw him play a HS game..saw a few ich St games. SOLID and tough.. not a flashy athlete but effective.

He was about 235 in HS, about 245 at Mich St. Usually OLB and a good pass rush guy. Never got big hype but made big plays.

as I've posted before, this guy should and better make the team.. he's out played Lemon Man, the free agent Gallore (NY Jets) and even our very own 1st rounder in "Double A"...
I say he deserves to be with the team until another player out-perform him..

Well I wouldn't say he's outplayed AA but I'm all for keeping him on the roster we need all the pass rush we can get

Personally, I just think that if you take out the status of where the guys were drafted, I think everyone would say that he played better than..
- Leomon Man
- Eli Harold
- Armstead
- Tank
