Outside voices didn't get Aldon cut this time. If that was the case, he would have been gone a year or more ago.

To be real here...Raiders may have done Niners a favor if they want to sign him next year.

Aldon won't be suspended on the merits of these latest charges alone. He will be suspended based upon his history in combination with these latest charges. A year long suspension is very possible.

Maybe not...big part of that to me was MISDEMEANOR. I think he'll face suspension, but not a full year.

It does seem logical that the next step would be a full year suspension, but I have three words for you: Roger Stokoe Goodell. The guy is completely incompetent when it comes to disciplinary matters. Almost impossible to predict.

Except you don't know him. If this was someone you knew, you would give the benefit of the doubt and wait until after trial commenced. The FO knows him....

Not great timing. PLANNED. Not a coincidence. Aldon and his team learned what the charges would be and that's when the team made the move.
