My recommendation is to access our own draft guru's in MadDog49er and OnTheClock and a host of others. Not are their boards the best in the biz but they can give you insight into players like Smelter and how players fit our system (i.e. fit as a 3-4 DE oeuvre better fit for 4-3 DE).

Yeah I agree. Those 2 guys mentioned plus several other are top notch. This forum really does have some talented armchair NFL talent evaluators who nail it year after year without the benefit of getting personal with the players. I lean heavily on this forum when the draft comes around. It amazes me how different draft sims compare, but I have learned not to bet against the guys on this board and especially MadDog who is a draft beast. Just so thankful for all that participate in the draft forums.

We got draft guru's. We got film guru's like thl and johnnydell and some others and we got ab, our salary cap guru. The webzone has its hookups!

And don't forget, I work for Baalke so I have the real inside stories too. Lol. Don't believe the hype!

Yes. He's actually man'd up and showed one. It was pretty bad to say the least and he still is this critical of Baalke yet pumps up Schneider's even though they've been the worst the past 3 years. Makes one wonder.

My Mock Drafts Were BAD??? LOL Whatever. Much more production then Baalke's Drafts ever. And mine are free. I've missed on 1 maybe 2 players and have hit on the rest.

Dude, stop it. If you were able to produce a realistic draft, before the event, and each player you chose was, more or less, appropriate to the round you were mocking him in, and you only failed on one or two per draft consistently YOU WOULD BE WORKING IN THE NFL. Actually you would probably own the NFL.

So lets see your mock for 2016. Now, not a year afterwards.

Just remember, he proposed the niners trade a 1st (ward), 2nd(Hyde), and 5th (Lynch), to move up and grab Justin Gilbert, than tried to argue it would have still been a good move last year. Also posted a mock in the same year where his only successful pick was Gabe Jackson(rest were busts) and tried to argue it was better than baalke's. Elephant has valid concerns, but he is no gm.

Yes I wanted Lattimore in the late 3rd and was ecstatic baalke got him in the 4th. I DO NOT nor have I ever blamed baalke for the Lattimore pick because the talent was tooo good not to risk a 50/50 chance at a franchise type RB with Gore getting up in years.
