Any report on how Brown is healing?
No response to above question, so i will re-ask. Any info on Trent's recovery and rehab?

Don't think I have seen anything. Hopefully he's not out getting Zebra Cakes with Anthony Davis.

Ok, i'll Be more specific. Has anyone heard about or seen Trent pushing or pulling cars up and down roads, or doing any handwork with trainer....anyone have anything specific along those lines. Is rehab going well, does he check in with anyone such as a trainer, etc?

WEAKNESSES Has stiff knees and butt rides high pre-snap in stance. Will take poor angles when teams try him in the gaps. If beaten, doesn't have the athleticism to recover. Power-only player and limits what an offense can do. Scouts call him an "inconsistent worker." Needs players to be squared up and will struggle when they get to his edge. Played just 43 percent of the snaps during 2014 season due to injury and conditioning issues.

WEAKNESSES
Brown measured in at 376 pounds at the Senior Bowl before dropping weight to 355 pounds at the combine. His weight is a major issue, even with the focus in the predraft process on controlling his size. He's stiff with limited movement due to heavy feet. Brown is far too inconsistent on film. His 2014 season was cut short due to injury but also because of bad conditioning and inconsistent play. If he can't get his weight under control, he will eat his way out of the NFL.

I mean...

...there is a REASON he was selected in the 7th round.

That said, I think he'll get it together.

That's right, Marvin and that WAS 2014. Here he played last two games in 2015, and all 2016., missed last few games this yr with shoulder surgery. Why on earth is that a reason that he doens't have it together.?

And the cornball , idiotic post of the poster 2 above is disgusting. Can't you please post something., anything else? This is just some fat guy eating chicken wings and isn't Trenton. Jeez, get a life. FYI it isn't funny. Your post is disgusting, the picture, but that's all you got? You have anything worthwhile to post bubba, i am sure we all would be delighted to read it. If you are only 12, ok, i apologize. But if older, then no apology. Same goes for whoever posted it originally.
Good grief.

And Stubby, for a man who is a knowledgeable poster, i am surprised that is your take. For me this yr is about protecting our FR QB. Period. We finally got the one guy we have wanted the last 22 yrs. Now we got him. Next job is to keep him upright. That is what TRenton does. He is a bull at pass pro. Blocking , he is fine straight ahead into 2nd level and beyond. But reach block. Nope. I assume kyle plans to protect Jimmy. With TRenton he does. With all the other guys we have seen at RT, no one does. And nobody in college or pros is going to protect like Trent. He is the best guy to protect jimmy. I thot you would be of that inclination.

Meh signing. but i get it. got to have a backup in case he is slow to recover. i am very hopeful that we will sign some decent free agents and some very very good rookies but i look at this as a signing for backup. nothing more. nothing less. i would like to think hope and pray the powers to be know darn well they can not go into next year with the same offensive line we had last year

If he can't get it together in a contract year, he never will.
I am a fan of his and don't believe you should get ride of solid tackles if you don't have to, but I feel like he is going to demand a ridiculous amount of money after next season.

If we can get a really good trade package for him, I would really consider it if i was John Lynch.

Obviously replacing him is important but not impossible.
If we find a guy who can block perfectly, ie he can be guaranteed to protect jimmy from the R side, and is cheaper. Fine. If he is a stud at Zone blocking, and doesn't get manhandled by a , say, Von miller type....ok. But von has already said Trent is the best blocking tackle in pass pro. He also is fine at wiping out the guy on his nose, and the CB or LB directly behind him. But no he isn't built for Zone blocking. For QB protection, there is NOT any OT out there who is better at it.

So let's see......if i owned this team, or was the HC or GM, what would be my # 1 concern on a team that is known for its porous OL in pass blocking? Well,, I would want to insure my money....ie, protect my investment of $137 mil. And if that is what Trent gives me, then he's my man. Where are the quickest best, Pass rushers ? Correct...at EDGE, just waiting to tee off on my $137 mil QB. I want the best blocking OT in the world protecting him from the outside. And for that, i will keep Trent. Oh, and we need 4-5 yds for a first down ? Just run right up trent's Backside and boom, RB never gets touched the first 4 yds. Maybe 5 if that's what's needed. But if the HC insists on using the best blocking RT in the league for ZBS, ok, then he is going to have to give up a lot of protection for my investment to be able to run ZBS with the RT. To me that is foolhardy. I want my FR QB, the one we have been waiting for 22 yrs....i want him protected in the very best way possible. And if somebody says, "Hey, i'll Give you a 3rd for the best blocking RT in the game."...does anybody think i am dumb enough to jump at that? If so they are talking to the wrong guy...because i want my investment safe...protected. And from the R side....Trent is the guy for the job.

It isn't like we have had the best blocking RT in history forever. We for the last 5- 8 yrs have had horrid RT blocking. Worse yet, no blocking at all. Anybody who watched all QBs before jimmy saw how worthless our other RTs were while Trent was out with shoulder surgery. Not one of them could protect our QB from the R side. Well we finally found an answer and a few of our fans want to trade him ? Cripes, some guys want egg in their beer with foam in the middle.
Watch Trent takeoff once he has been rehabbed for shoulder surgery.
