At least...Buck is pretty natural around 300 and as hard as Armstead has been working, it wouldn't surprise me if he's, down close to 270.

Or Lynch could actually see what a healthy pairing of DeForest and AA look like playing together for the first time instead of trading AA at his lowest value. Trading guys at their lowest value is always a losing strategy

I think jcs is right. Defo said he was over 300 lbs last season. He looks noticeably bigger this year.
