Wow given someone on SF Some credit?! I'm amazed...listen peters has made some plays but he's also allowed a lot of yards, receptions, and TDs....he's got promise but so does AA. We needed a 3-4 DE IMO after losing smith and Rmac over CB. We have some young CBs that have promise and I think it's worth seeing what they can do before passing them up for another rookie.
If we can get some pass rushers like they have in KC you'll see the play of our secondary go up. Losing Aldon smith hurt the defense a lot.
Those pesky facts people overlook when they have an agenda. Also, losing Aldon Smith didn't hurt the defense. It hurt our sack numbers and some of the big play ability, but the defense overall was still top five. I say we miss bad toe Patrick Willis, Justin Smith, and Ray McDonald more than Aldon Smith.
