For as much as I think he's an excellent coach Arians is a really arrogant prick. If Palmer manages to return to season form then Arizona is quite a formidable team but therein lies the key phrase "return to season form." He's suffered at least 2 ACL tears over his career, albeit they were almost 9 years apart. But still the amount of damage and rehab that accumulates over multiple ACL injuries has to become problematic at some point which is why I view Palmer as just a serviceable QB going forward, nothing special. If for some reason Stanton starts in 2015 or has to play a few games when Palmer inevitably gets injured again, the QB position will continue to have a question mark in AZ. I mean Lindley and Logan Thomas aren't suddenly going to surpass the other guys on the depth chart and they won't be able to draft a QB that could start either with it being an off year for drafting QBs except Mariota and Winston. Suffice it to say Arians is talking out of his ass.

Arians is like Rex Ryan 2.0. Making stupid proclamations. Pshhhhh he's lucky we underperformed under the weight of York and Ballke's egos.

Is it just me or can you not make proclamations like this after already saying "they would not let others dress in their locker room for Super Bowl XLIX" last year?

The Niners almost beat these teams with 18 players on IR and a completely predictable and pedestrian offense. They'll have a better offense if only because it won't be as predictable and probably better defense as well because they get so much probowl talent back.

So, I wouldn't be so sure the Niners are out of it in this division.

they kinda suck against the division. Almost never beat us, and haven't fared well at all vs the seahawks lately either. Peterson and Mathieu are overrated. Cards could easily flop next year.

they lost their DC which the only thing he can do is blitz with that defense, so that will hurt them even more

Lol this makes me laugh every time. 3rd seeded schedule. We had 14 games in common. The other two were comparable. Such a ridiculous viewpoint. Like the cards had an easier schedule. The only reason it was easier is bc we played a bad SF team twice.

If the Niners were so bad, the Cardinals should have beaten them at the end there. But even with nothing to play for except pride, the Niners beat them.

Yep. We had a down year, with a bunch of drama surrounding the team, and still beat them lol

Yep. They suck. They followed up their loss to the 9ers by getting manhandled by a 7-8-1 team in the wild card

Wow you guys beat us with a 4th string qb. We did a lot more with a lot less than SF last season.... We will most likely get back what we lost. Our LB's, and DL will return to health.

You guys on the other hand couldn't even give the OC job away. Nobody in the league wanted it. Your HC was living out of his car. There is going to be a regression in coaching from Harbaugh to the coaches that are hired because nobody wanted the positions. Laugh at us, but we are quietly distancing ourselves from you guys while you go back to the dark years.... thats the truth. You can lie to yourself, but you know that its over for SF... The new stadium is a joke, the new staff is a joke... If you guys want to bring up our loss to you you guys also lost two us and the rams twice. We made the playoffs with a 4th string QB. Zero starting LBs, and just as many injuries as you guys.
