Well boys and girls -- say goodbye to Mr. Dwyer. The NFL is going to start coming hard down on these clowns -- and Dwyer will probably be the next one banned from the league.

Good riddance to him. And I know most of you don't agree with this, but the 49ers should probably sit Ray Mac until his case comes to some sort of conclusion. Lord help him if the police recommend that the DA files charges -- and the DA does just that. Because that means Ray Mac's career is probably done as well.

Seems to me, if the NFL follows through with their suspension plan for DV offenses, there'll be a few less millions in those balls . . .

No clue what is happening in this situation, but here are some scenarios where a false report might be made:

1. Guy was leaving her and she wants to take away the thing he cares about the most. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
2. Guy does want to commit or isn't giving her the attention/money/whatever that she wants. She cries wolf, and says she will make it go away if he does what she wants.

And it seems like these tactics would be effective since we have a media that assumes guilty until proven innocent.

The league needs to take the onus off the teams and come up with a policy for everyone to follow. An accused player is either suspended with pay until adjudication, allowed to play until adjudication, or left alone/deactivated based on evidence and before adjudication.

Examples being ray rice videos leaked = suspension vs. Kaepernick's off season situation that was taken way out of context.

Except reports in this case say that he headbutted her and broke her nose. When we start hearing stories of a bunch of false accusations and charges, then we can visit this part of the topic. Until then we just have a bunch of a*****es being a*****es to their wives/significant others.

Im not sure the paranoia over false accusations and charges are warranted at this point.
