Seriously what if Roman actually got hired as the bills HC and was better in that role than he was as OC ala Mike McCarthy? I mean really, what if? You never know what could happen, I'd definitely be going WTF.

Wouldn't be surprised if he was successful though. Someone else calling the plays in Buffalo would be interesting. If they keep their defensive staff intact, Buffalo has the overall talent to do major damage if they add just a few more pieces.

Let's not forget; the offense Roman was running was the one designed and approved by Jim Harbaugh. Roman has seen first hand that offense does not work. He could use bits of it but put in WCO concepts and be an entirely different cat. Not saying he will but....
If I were Roman, I would use the Nuremberg defense: "I was only carrying out orders."
