I cannot believe it. the 49ers season ended 8 days ago yet this dude is still a 49er coach?? This has to be an early April Fools Joke.

49ers HAVE to find a new HC... they don't HAVE to fire Roman. I think their attention is elsewhere. Firing Roman to grind an ax is pointless... a total waste of energy. He'll be gone once:
- he finds another job
- the new HC is hired
Whichever comes first.

"Fox Sports reported that Roman -- whose two-year deal is now expired --interviewed Friday for the offensive coordinator position with Tampa Bay head coach Lovie Smith"
So, if the "report" is correct. No need to fire, he's already gone unless the 49ers offer him a new contract.
Awesome find...
Thoughts?

Even during the Cowboys-Lions playoff game on Sunday, Twitter pundits took turns hammering the play calling of the two teams. Wrote one: "When did the Lions hire Greg Roman?"
Well, the Lions did only score 3 points the entire second half. Very 2014 Niner-esque.
