Justin Hunter is going to a big time player in the NFL.

Totally agree. He was my favourite WR in the 2013 draft. If the Niners weren't gonna go after Tank, he was the next guy on my wish list. Too bad they didn't have another pick for him.

I was totally pissed when they traded down and the Titans picked him with the pick. Was stoked when we got Tank though.

thats the thing you guys think it needs to be a mugging. contact after 5 yards is a penalty no matter how passive it is. they got away from enforcing it and are trying to get back there.

Actually that's not correct.

What they're focusing on is the jersey grabbing and or holding which is illegal no matter how passive.

Contact is still allowed as long as it doesn't impede the WR.

its arguing semantics as most contact from db's after 5 yards is enough to draw a flag. is there some scenarios where it doesnt impede and wont get called? sure. but they have let that slide too much over the years and are getting back to being more strict on it.

I agree, and I think they're attempting to use the pre season to set the tone for teams.

I'm not one that will ever argue that Seattles defense hasn't held, or been very physical down the field for the last couple of years. I've always agreed if they don't call it, you'd be foolish not to use it.

What's tough is how they're calling things now. Looking at the play from Simon, it was a perfect play. If they don't let plays like that go on, there are going to a lot of unhappy fans and teams across the league.

I've made the same argument here. I prefer it the way it was last year. Now I am pissed but we will see. I want SF vs SEA one more time in the NFCCG
OMG Seadderal just won the preseason Super Bowl!

Man how the hell did we make the playoffs with Carlos Rogers and Tarell Brown? They are getting lit up tonight by Lions 2nd stringers.

a very good front 7 can help an average secondary big time. thats why ppl need to see what a guy like chris cook can do behind our front 7. no predictions on cook from me but he gets a clean slate.

and people freaked out when they both left...

Brian Tyms just making plays in Pat land. remember him?
Say what you will but the Raiders are building a good team. I think Mack will be the next Von Miller without the issues.

29 yards and a TD. He might make a practice squad somewhere.

I really liked him when he was here.
I'm hearing good things about million-dollar-arm-2-cent-brain Tyler Bray.

Bray's probably the QB I wanted the Niners to get the most in the last 2 years. If he becomes even a decent QB I'm gonna be pissed.
