I'm ready to eat crow on this one.
He has really turned his career around from complete bust to just average player. Good for him for keeping his head down staying out of trouble and not washing out of the league.
He's not worth his draft position but he did end up an NFL starter so I consider that pretty good.

I wish they would move on from this mediocre Safety and get someone in SF that makes some damn plays!!!!! Watching Safeties around the league causing turnovers and helping their offense with field position makes me really sad. Yes, 3 and outs are good, but turnovers are momentum killers!!!

He's a good cover safety. But he's not a playmaker back there so ppl don't like him. And I get that part, being a playmaker is a big part of being a FS.
He's solid in coverage and during our SB run in 2019 he was excellent. He won't be a Derwin James, but he's pretty good.

Lynch's showing everyone how it's done. How to pop off your mouth, then get it right back. I think this is going to be the first of many comments from players about the current team situation. If Lynch in charge can go on public record to improve player performance oh, certainly players don't feel inhibited in going on public record to comment on fo moves.
