USC is in Hoover St. Crips territory.

Why do I feel like a large majority of LA's population would just remain Raider fans anyway.

parking?!? LOL Century Link's has like no parking at all, and we all have to make due paying $20-$50 parking for each game (depending on distance). Just saying I don't think a lot of these NFL owners give a crap about parking.
for me

gonna be a new futbol stadium.
it will be one way or the other.

so hope it is by me.
actually I think he would use that lot to put a team headquarters practice facilities and so forth. Since we already know there are investors in LA who are willing and ready to build a new stadium

I'm glad people are starting to realize this is likely an MLS stadium oriented venture. I worked with Real Salt Lake last year and along with the public rumor of Chivas USA being up for sale there were similar, more private, rumors I heard from RSL employees.

Expect Kroenke to buy Chivas, move them out of the Home Depot Center -- the stadium they share with LA Galaxy and make a push to make get them on equal footing with the Galaxy or San Jose.

The MLS is starting the new NY club, Beckham is getting his Miami franchise, there is chatter about Falcons owner Arthur Blank starting a club in Atlanta, with one more city predicted to get an expansion club and bring the total MLS teams to 24 there are people saying Minneapolis and ironically St. Louis are two of the final choices.

The MLS realized long ago that Chivas is a forgotten team and with all of the buzz about these new clubs, Chivas will either need to be completely relocated and rebranded or at minimum be moved out from underneath the Galaxy's shadow and under the care of ownership that cares about Chivas, unlike its sister club in Liga MX. The current owner owns Chivas Guadalajara and is a bit too involved, firing management 16 times in 10 years, winning a title just once. The CUSA wheels fell off almost immediately after the owner bought the team from its founders last year.

MLS likely wants a co-owner to bring stability to the franchise, cue Kroenke.

Kroenke pretty much owns Arsenal as well.. Some EPL teams want to have a team connected with them in the MLS

Problem is Inglewood doesn't have decent mass transit or any available remote parking. Using the Forum lot and the available space on the stadium grounds would still only be enough area for half the needed parking. Also considering the adjacent land is slated for residential development I doubt the city would approve a stadium there anyway.

Lol you guys have never been to Seattle. Zaghawk is right. The Clink and SafeCo Field have atrocious locations in terms of parking and location. I went to an evening time Mariners game two or 3 summers ago (when they were definitely terrible (and still are?)) and had to get out of our cab 10+ blocks, if not more(Think it was Madison St. according to Google), before the actual street you need to get to and walk the rest of the way. There is literally no parking for either stadium except for some tiny lot immediately north of the Clink.

If Levi's or this supposed LA stadium has any kind of parking it is a luxury. Having massive parking lots will probably be a thing of the past when it comes to professional stadiums.
Is there any chance of the Raiders moving to L.A.? Please God get them out of norcal

Not saying that isn't correct, but that is in Seattle Washington. Most municipalities in California are not business friendly and will fight any type of development tooth and nail. People will fight venues close to residential areas even if the venue was there first. It would never get approval for that location.
