Man I hope he gets to $8million per. That nets us a third rd comp pick. I don't want Crabtree settling on some 1 yr $5million prove it deal

I don't need him or his attitude on this team, have fun being a raider!

I think his attitude was fine all things considered. We just didn't see a $10 million WR consistently enough. He is a good WR when healthy but not exactly elite. I would love if he left us that he gets paid elite money

He's not going to get elite money, simply because he's not an elite talent. He should get something in the $6M-$7M range.

Best case scenario is for the 49ers to get a great replacement for him for less, Crabtree leaves, gets paid, starts, and we get a 3rd round compensatory pick in 2016.
I find it so amusing. Regardless of what anyone has done for this team, as soon as a rumor swirls about their possible departure people have to hate them. Harbaugh only revived a DEAD franchise by taking them to 3 consecutive championships. But he wasn't good enough at improving the offense so f**k him! Crabtree never became Jerry Rice, so, same thing. Was this site up yet when Jerry left? Woulda loved to see what people said then.

I think its best we part ways. He isn't worth on the field what he will cost to retain.

Some team will pay him 9/10 million or more.

That being said, he's been a good warrior and put in valient efforts despite being injured often.

He was drafted with bad feet and itstayed that way it seems. Oh well good luck crabs.
I'm good with that. Good luck and maybe we'll see you in the playoffs sometime.

It was...I used to contribute articles during the 97 and 98 seasons....the forum format obviously was different and the reactionary fans were few and far between because it was Pre-Dark Ages. The Dark Age really twisted people's perspectives, patience, reasoning etc.....losing for so long creates bad habits in fans..

Yeah, that would be ideal to get a comp for him. He still has a lot of good football left in him.
He would look great next to Dez Bryant or a similar type situation. He is going to be a very good possession receiver for someone with a good #1.

NOT elite. Better than average when healthy, but not "sorry"... screw Sperman!

He/we need to move on (cap space)
Stevie Johnson is better than Crabtree
Can we just cut some serious cash on our depth chart & try to make run at Dez?

I know he comes with his own personal problems BUT dude has heart on the field he will go up n contest any DB he aint afraid to take a lick or two either.

I don't care how good he is i don't want that POS on this team him and his huge salary let that weirdo Jerry Jones over pay for him.
