100% expect him to leave. Never lived up to the hype, but he was a good player. Boldin is better, and Johnson can do many of the same things. We need a speed threat to balance out the group now.

It's disappointing that he never lived up to his college hype. After he made that game winning TD with Texas Tech, I thought he would bring that sort of clutch play into the NFL.

He'll be a top 15 WR on a team like New England.

I think with a new offensive philosophy he could be top 15 here as well but i dont see him back next year

For me, I like Crabs but I don't LOVE him. I think he can be a VERY good #2 but he's not a #1. I would consider him for $5 m per season or better because he is 27/28 soon to be and Boldin is in his last year and they are very similar WRs but 49ers still need a WR with bigger size and gamebreaking ability! Theres gotta be someone in a southern conference ala T.O and Jerry Rice from those small conference schools. Don't the 49ers have good scouts down there in the South? I'd hate to waste the #15 overall on a WR if its gonna be heavy dose of runs type offense.

What I would hate is he takes a cheap prove it deal next year and he blows it up and we get squat in return. I would rather the Goldson scenario where he has the cheap prove it deal with us then leaves for mega bucks netting us a nice third rd comp. If he leaves I want him paid right now
