Bet he goes to the Ravens. John Harbaugh praised him before 2015 matchup. Ravens wanted him in 2013.

Dude had as many career receptions as he did penalty yards. That's pretty horrendous. Never panned out. He's a decent worker in the weight room but all his missed assignments, incorrect routes and bonehead penalties proved he didn't/doesn't do a good job of studying in the film room (where it matters most for a young player). Not sad to see him leave if indeed that's the case.

I can see this happening as well. Especially considering the Ravens have a need at the position. Wouldn't shock me if Torrey Smith returned to the DMV either...that or Washington.

Dont blame this guy totally. The receiver coaching was sh**ty. No guidance whatsoever.
