How? Should he go out on the field and play at QB instead of Kap?
2 of them were great plays. the db took it from crab and the other went off his man and made the play
the problem is he doesn't call plays to get touchdowns we needed to put up 24 at least in that 1st half and the game is different.
and we didn't run the ball.
Not stupid as if it's Kap's fault totally..just stupid as in, i don't like them lol. And we just don't balance ourselves well. I liked coming out passing, but we didn't mix it up good enough as the game went on.

Those issues didn't begin until we got on that slippery slope in the second half. Plays were in early enough most of the time.

My biggest gripe always has been that he just refused to call RB screens or flares to get defenses to stop stacking and blitzing. He just continuously allows them to come right at Kap the whole game.

The offense is just broken. Under Roman, it's difficult to get into any type of rhythm. So very frustrated at this point. Realize Vernon got injured but for crying out loud. We have Crabtree, Boldin, Johnson, Vernon, Gore, Hyde and a good offensive line and we put the fear into nobody!!!
There is no cohesion at all. It's like these guys have never played together before. Good offensive coordinators don't have this problem. Yes I know we are a run first team but seemingly that's all we have going. But I've said this so many times before, a run first team is great if paired with a stellar defense. Our defense has and will slip without Aldon and Bo.
There is no denying we need our offense to step up. But it's like we don't have that second gear and most of the guys out there are like deers in the headlights. This reeks of REALLY poor coaching. Not only that, it reeks of stubbornness and that's on both Roman and Harbaugh.
I'm beyond frustrated after watching this game. I know it's one game and I'm sure (fingers crossed) that we iron these problems out but I have my doubts. Problem is that I think out players have doubts as well. Praying the wheels don't fall off that wagon.

I've had this thought for a long time, but maybe I haven't really wanted to accept it:
I don't think we will ever get over the hump and win a Super Bowl if Harbaugh keeps Roman, and to a lesser extent, Fangio. His loyalty to his boys has, so far, kept this team from really "getting there" and shoring up longstanding issues. In my opinion, at least.

Some folks have speculated and I agree that the biggest rift between Baalke and Harbaugh is over Roman.

You know NFL players make great plays, thats what they do,how they get there. So I'm not buying all that, Kap forced some of those passes and had some accuracy issues. Roman is culpable as well, his gameplan was too passive, either we go full throttle or we pound them with the run, but none of this half steppin' looking confused stuff.

Kap sucked this game and this game is all on him but Roman still needs to go.

The draw play on third down was cute to set up the offense for another field goal

It's time to put the blame where it belongs. It's on Harbaugh. Roman doesn't run plays Harbaugh does not approve. If Roman were not running plays Harbaugh approves, Harbaugh would have fired him two years ago. The fact Roman is still here, and the offense still has the same problems, should tells us that the blame falls on Harbaugh.

I agree, with the way Dawson was struggling its a good idea to set him up for a chip shot fg

We NEVER do anything to counter a defense that's imposing their will. You see Bevill calling all kinds of plays to create space and time for Russell Wilson to have easier reads. Roman just sticks our guys out there with the same exact type of play calls every game. The team has stars and that's why we win. It is in spite of him. When our stars don't play like stars, he doesn't look good.
