Again? How many coaches have they had in the last 10 years? Last 15? It's bigger than the coach. That team is so lacking in talent.

It was the old man's fault.
Rivera (Panthers) - It's his 3rd season as HC there. the only excuse is the change at OC. But the defense must work well.

Ryan (Jets) - should have been fired after last season.

Lewis (Bengals) - weak division imo this season, thus a division win is very manageable. Have to reach the POs and isn't allowed to be one and done there (AFC is weak ovr). Dalton in his 3rd year, so is AJ Green, solid o-line, nice defense. If he can't manage anything with this squad, he has to go.

Shanahan (Redskins) - imo, if RGIII wouldnt have been worked out last season, shanahan had been fired back then.
he switched to 34 without any need, he got his QB, who is in his 2nd year, he got a lot of time ovr. Here, the division is relatively weak imo as well (relatively!!!).

Frazier (Vikings) - Ponder is his QB iirc, defense is solid, AP is AP. At least, he has to be competitive all season long, missing the POs is excuseable in some cases. One of the excuses: lions and/or bears show some competitive signs.

Schwartz (Lions) - should have been gone last season. same situation like niners before Harbaugh: a lot of talent on the squad.

This offseason will be a massacre of coaches. Ryan, Schwartz and Rivera are probably already looking for other jobs, and I think Lewis, Garrett, Bradley, Schiano and Munchak will also be fired. Another I'll predict who no one is talking about is Mike Smith. I think Atlanta misses the playoffs. Their crazy luck in the regular season is going to end, their schedule finally looks to be tough this season and the NFC is better than ever.

No Playoffs, Fired Immediately:

Greg Schiano - Bucs
Mike Munchak - Titans
Rex Ryan - Jets
Ron Rivera - Panthers
Jim Schwartz - Lions
Jason Garrett - Cowboys

Poor Record, Fired:

Dennis Allen - Raiders
Leslie Frazier - Vikings

Retired:

Tom Coughlan - Giants

Possible Replacement Candidates and Landing Spots:

Rex Ryan - Lions: Bolster the D, focus on a more balanced attack, and they'll be a contender.
Greg Roman - Panthers: He's coached there before, and knows how to utilize talents of players.
Jay Gruden - Vikings: Draft a new QB, and he'll make that offense pop again.

Chris Peterson - Raiders: Current HC of Boise St., sound offensive mind with 8+ years of HC experience.
Bill Callahan - Cowboys: Jerry Jones likes him, and increased his responsibilities in the off-season.
John Gruden - Titans: The owner throws the bank at him, hoping to WIN NOW.

Bill O'Brien - Jets: East coast guy, groomed in the Patriots system, offensive minded. Perfect fit.
Darrell Bevell - Bucs: Offensive minded, successful at developing Russell Wilson in that offense.
Perry Fewell - Giants: Only African-American coach hired in the offseason. Current DC for Giants. Keep it in house.
Whoever came into the season with super high expectation, then mess up bad enough to embarrass the ownership and the fanbase. Like losing must win games.

Greg Schiano will be lucky to make it to the end of the year.
I'd bet the farm on Rex Ryan.

This is a good list. I'd agree with most of it, with the exception of Dennis Allen in Oakland. He might take the fall for a second straight miserable season, but it's clearly not his fault. His GM waited a year to strip the roster clean of dead weight and dead salaries, when he should have stripped it earlier.

The Raiders are pointed up after this season. They need to draft beef on both sides of the line during the next draft and then make a couple of key free agent signings. The good news is they do have some young talent there. They just don't have nearly enough of it, and they have no depth whatsoever. If they lose a key guy (Pryor, McFaddin, Veldeheer), there's nobody behind them to pick up the slack.

The 49ers are NOT firing Jim Harbaugh. That's just a ridiculous thought.
