I think so too, his almost 3 mil next year, is prolly to much for Baalke to work with. I think Harbaugh and Baalke drafted Johnson and Fleming to replace him anyway, a long with added depth of course.

This is a huge blow. If Brooks or Smith get injured the 49ers are in serious trouble. Is anyone but me scared of the fact that Clark Haggans might actually have to start a game this year?

As long as the two Smith's are healthy, our defense should be fine.

If Ahmad Brooks goes down that is a huge blow. The odds that both OLBs remain completely healthy through 19 games is pretty low

I don't think anyone has ever been suspended for an isolated DUI. I could be wrong.
