yeah i agree but being in public having fun can be a little more risky then at your own birthday party in your home, i doubt anyone celebrity or not would ever expect anything like this from within the confides of your own home.

He cant even get what he was arrested for right. I really think the 49ers allow him at pressers for the laughs. Or they may possibly get tax breaks for allowing "special" people like tim to ask questions.

You can tell their lives are too soft if they have never seen or heard of a man found guilty in the court of public opinion but was innocent only for it to be too late for the life it ruined.

Its amateur hour right now with the media, they arent interested in any honor or justice just who they can destroy before the next story... and then will post a tiny apology blurb when no one is looking.

I also love how that is exactly the approach the NFL is taking to wait and see what the investigation yeilds, but the Niners are supposed to haul him out into the street to be flogged just to please the twitter sphere, and are now somehow complicit in beating women because they refuse to do so.

Exactly. And PS, we have already done that, and it benefited the team and player involved ZERO. This time we play by the rules. He will play until the legal system/NFL have enough time and evidence to come to some kind of verdict and punishment. Then we will add to it if necessary. In the meantime, we have no additional obligation to enforce some arbitrary preemptive punishment.

As I've said, no idea if McDonald really did anything...my guess is at worst he grabbed her too hard in trying to "restrain" her, certainly he didn't go Ray Rice. Hey, credit where it's due, at least he seems to have figured out that getting a DUI sucks so he parties at home...but maybe kick everyone out at around 11pm and go to bed.

two totally different situations aldon was already proven guilty the courts just hadnt gone through with diciplining him, and to say sending aldon to rehab didnt benefit us at all is a little asinine, because it gained his trust for the organization (which may or may not benefit us when extension times comes) and according to aldon and people around him hes been clean since rehab.

i agree with you on the dui but out of curiousity what does that mean for your opinion on the rest of the 49ers that were still there after 3am does that mean our team is loaded with bad seeds that put themselves in s**tty situations?
