If Aaron goes wins out and breaks 5000 yards, I will give it to him. Otherwise no. Different league now then when guys like Montana and Marino played. I think Montana could have done that but the 9ers had such a balanced attack.
Nobody is hating on Brady Val, I share your man crush on him.

As a football fan in general it's a treat to see these QBs play in this era. Look at who we get to watch every week: Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, & Peyton Manning. All 3 are in there primes and it reminds me of Montana, Marino, & Elway when they were all in there primes.

and this is exactly why the NFL changed, they understood that the majority of fans would never be able to look beyond the numbers. The NFL needs records to be broken, this makes the masses happy. In 20 years my kids are going to swear up and down their QB's are the best ever because they throw 60 TD's and 6000 yards

If you'd screen 39 times a game, you'd have huge numbers too.
Screen screen screen, dumpoff, checkdown, checkdown, playaction lob that gets called for pass interference, close
field position thanks to your stellar defense, easy win.

The pats ran up a lot of scores that year. GB, once they have a game in the bag, shut it down. Check out Rogers attempts to Brady's in bradys big year.
