I wouldn't consider Day 1 as Wave 1, I would consider the first few days as Wave 1 of FA signees.

yes, usually we wait the weeds and let the insanity die down,, and when we do make a move on the first day like last year with bethea and yesterday with smith,, its a good deal for us
