What a bunch of f*cking BS by harbaugh. If you wanted to stay, FIRE ROMAN. MAKE SOME f**kING CHANGES. Jesus f**king christ your offense is horrible.

This. He was unwilling to address real problems and make changes for the betterment of the team. Period. If he wanted to stay, he could have...with the proper condition. If he wanted to stay in the NFL he could. But he didn't. He ran off to college for the same $ knowing full well he ran his course in the NFL with HIS offense. It was done...he was done. Now at least, he has more power/control.
one example,
they had four years to fix the playcalling issues and lack of managing a game clock,, they could not,, that shows me they were either unable or unwilling to do it.. when you ask some people about that all you get is,,,,,, but but but it was better than what we had before jh arrived.

And the above is exactly the recipe that made us so successful. Losing D. Walker and then drafting a bust in McDonald set us back big time.

Yeah, Delanie's 20 catches a year, how could the 49ers have hoped to survive without them.

They didn't get the full potential from Walker, they aren't getting it from McDonald either. They took a guy who was a slot receiver in college, very tough runner in the open field and make him pretty much a fulltime blocker. I'd like to see what another coach can do with McDonald before I write him off.

Now you're talkin'.

We'll get a HC who understands what a real offense is all about.

Instead of the worst 2nd half scoring team in Niner history.
If roman is really going with Jim and is as unrolling to change as he was here Urban Meyer will make him look as stupid as carrol did.

He's only said Bo Schemblacher 35 times already.

Either way, this team will be absolutely unrecognizable offensively come next year. Which can only be a good thing.

Better then Jed York saying Bill Walsh 60 times.

Come on now. You and I both know that Walker's value to us was more than just the number of passes he caught. Our base formation on offense was two TEs during the early Harbaugh days. It's where we were the most effective. He was our swiss army knife who dictated the formation of the defense. We lost a large part of our identity once McDonald couldn't step in and duplicate Walker's value.

Jim knows what he's doing. He said "Bill Walsh" 35 times in his presser with us too.

A small, but vocal minority of posters almost seem to be trying to convince themselves that everything is going to be okay.

As a fan, I hope so.

But like I said, I've seen this movie before.

Eddie did eventually fire Seifert (he actually resigned)...but he had a successor lined up from the start. It was a risky move...but Eddie didn't apologize and made the tough choice.

Then the Yorks canned Mooch...and things were handled diffferently. It would change the course of the franchise for close to a decade.

Now here we are again....they fired the coach. And they don't know who the successor is.

If you think the franchise is being run the same way as Eddie would have done it, you are fooling yourself.

it tells me that roman knows his only hope for survival in the world is to tag along behind jh and it shows me that jh loves roman because he is a good little lap dog that can not think for himself,,,, also tells me that roman knows his brand of so called offense can not work long term in the nfl but can be effective in college.... however michigan fans need to be warned that in key times in key games roman can not resist the chance to play the nutty professor and it may cost you
